BOOKING

Please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are subject to be cancelled via text.

Please be sure to include accurate phone number/email address. Any changes to your appointment will be communicated via text.

DEPOSITS

A nonrefundable $20 deposit is required for all new clients to secure your appointment. If no deposit is sent within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled to allow someone else to book.

Deposit will be refunded if, and only if, your appointment is cancelled by the service provider.

EXTRA GUESTS

Although extra guests are allowed, please limit this to only when necessary. Please communicate the attendance of extra guests to your service provider via text at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please remember that your eyes are required to be closed for the duration of your appointment, so you will be unable to keep an eye on any children and your service provider is not responsible for them.

LATENESS

If you are going to be late, please communicate that via text as early as you can. I completely understand that things happen, so I do not charge a late fee. However, if your lateness will not allow enough time for me to finish the service you have booked, I will have to cancel your appointment. Please refrain from coming in more than 5-7 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow your service provider time to sanitize and prepare.

APPOINTMENT READINESS/AFTERCARE

It is very important that you wash your lashes daily. If you come to your appointment with makeup/mascara or cluster/strip lash glue, I might have to refuse service. Please refrain from wearing mascara 48 hours prior to your lash appointment, never apply mascara to your lash extensions, and refrain from wearing contact lenses to your appointment. You are more than welcome to use the restroom to wash off makeup/take out contacts prior to your appointment.
